Ivy Lodge is located in the centre of SCOTTER on the A159 halfway between GAINSBOROUGH & SCUNTHORPE.

All rooms are well equipped including Digital TV's with Freeview channels and Wireless Internet.

Local amenities include several shops, three pubs, two with restaurants, a Church and Post Office all within 5 minutes walk.

Adequate off road Parking is to the rear of the building and the main entrance leads on to the Car Park and the Garden that Guests may enjoy during their stay.

Please note, to conform with regulations all rooms inside are strictly 'non smoking'. Smoking areas are available under the veranda and in the garden.
