A wide choice at BREAKFAST is on offer, as well as a Buffet table with cereals, juice
and fruit, a traditional English Breakfast is cooked to order. Guests may also choose a number of alternatives for example Kippers & scrambled eggs, and Vegetarian or Continental variations.
Breakfast is served from 7am to 9am Monday to Friday & 8am to 10am at Weekends and Bank Holidays.

Guests are welcome to use the small lounge near the upstairs rooms, seating in the Reception area, under the veranda and also in the spacious garden.

The Village is on the banks of the River Eau, where there is a delightful park area on either side, just three minutes walk from
Ivy Lodge. Pubs, shops, a village hall , sporting facilities and Community centre are also close by.

The location is convenient for Lincoln City,
Hemswell Antiques and Crafts Centres, BLYTON Park Raceway, Market Rasen & Doncaster Races, Lincolnshire Showground, Kirton in Lindsey, several Golf courses, also Sky Diving and Gliding centres. Gainsborough Old Hall & more.
